Booking terms

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or change an appointment so we can offer the time to another client.

New colour clients require a patch test at least 48 hours before their appointment. All aesthetic injectable treatments require a consultation and are subject to suitability; clients must be 18 or over.

Gift cards are valid for 24 months from purchase and can be redeemed against any treatment or retail product. Memberships renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time before the next renewal.
